Complaints and returns
The products we sell are fabrically new. The complaints should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org The kind of proof of purchase, the proof of purchase number, name and last name, phone number and a description of the defect should be listed in the email body. After receiving the email, the Customer Service will contact the Customer.
Be aware! The complaints about the lacks in the delivery or any mechanical defects will only be investigated when having a damage report made in the presence of the courier.
Withdrawal from the agreement
According to the provisions of the 2 March 2000 Act of Care of some Customer Rights and the responsibility for a damage caused by a dangerous product (Dz. U. Nr 22 z 2000r. poz. 271 with later changes), the Customer has a right to resign from the purchase made in our shop within 10 days from the date f purchase without giving any reason. In this case, the Customer should apply for the withdrawal from the agreement by calling the Customer Service on (00-48) 518-834-107 or by sending an email to email@example.com. The Customer will be informed about the details of sending the returned good(s).
The returned goods will only be accepted if packed in the original, unbroken and unwrapped with any extra tape packaging and also if the goods’ condition is unchanged in comparison with the original condition and have all the elements he had when the goods were received by the Customer.
The amount paid will be returned by a transfer within 14 working days (from the moment of the goods return) to the account indicated by the Customer. The transport or return costs related to the order realization are not returnable, therefore we do not accept any cash on deliveries sent to any of our addresses.
