Delivery time 

All your orders are within 3-5 working days , this is the time in which the item will be carefully packed and transferred to the care of courier . 

Expected date of delivery of the package depends on the chosen method of delivery and is: 

- 3 working days after the day of posting in the case of selection of the Polish Post and shipping to Polish adress 

- 1-2 days if you select a courier to the Polish adress 

- 2-3 days + possible time needed for customs clearance when you select a courier abroad ( DHL ) 

- If you select shipping FOREIGN Polish Post , shipping time depends on the destinations and is as follows :

For economy parcels, please find below the estimated date of parcel delivery (D – means the date of sending, n – means the number of business days between the date of sending and the date of delivery):

 The final time to process your shipment therefore includes the delivery time by the shop POLIN Museum Store and the time of delivery provided by the courier , for which the shop is not responsible. 

In exceptional cases , when the waiting time for delivery will be longer than prescribed ,we will inform you as soon as possible.
