M. MAŚLAK, T. SZTYMA, WHAT'S COOKING. JEWISH CULINARY CULTURE

Opis
The guide to the exhibition "From the kitchen. Jewish culinary culture" is a journey through time and space. We present the century of the uprising of Jews and dishes living in the Diaspora. We tell about how, thanks to migrations, products expanded, from the Middle Ages to the great emigration in the 19th and 20th centuries. We present the religious foundation that binds the Jewish cuisine together, the kosherness resulting from the preparation of rules, and the modern novice of re-practicing culinary roots.
